Peter Coutts
Owner & Licensed Property Manager
Peter’s more than 40 years experience in
real estate and property management lends
greatly to the portfolio behind Coutts &
Associates Inc. Peter maintains his
internationally recognized designation of
CSM (Certified Shopping Centre Manager),
in addition to his Alberta Real Estate
License and numerous other certificates.
His passion is developing management
strategies for maximizing property value.
Edward Coutts
Licensed Property Manager
Edward (Ted) Coutts is our Senior Licensed
Property Manager. In addition to managing
several properties, Edward’s role includes
preparing annual budgets, collection of
fees, and preparing properties for sale.
Edward also independently owns JET
Contracting Inc., which oversees most of
our property maintenance. In Peter’s
absence, Edward is in charge of day-to-day
operations.
Stephanie Coutts
Licensed Property Manager
Stephanie Coutts joined our company is
In addition to her role as Lead
M anager for four condo conversions,
Stephanie oversees the leasing of suites,
rent collection, maintenance requests, and
dispute resolution. We are grateful to have
Stephanie on our team as a reliable and
knowledgeable manager. She is our go-to
when it comes to the Condominium and
Residential Tenancy Acts.
